- Make calls to customers to remind/convince customers to pay overdue debts
- Remind customers about the amount of debt, penalty fees incurred if the customer is late in payment.
- Instruct customers on payment methods
- Update new information of customers
- Report to the team leader any cases of uncooperative or fraudulent behavior
- Make periodical reports (day/week/month/year) as prescribed
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
