MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Welcome guests and provide high-standard service in line with the F&B concept and standards taught by superiors.
Contributing to customer satisfaction globally through the quality of their work and exemplary conduct.
Help increase the restaurant's revenue through your sales efforts.
Manage billing and cash flow for services sold.
Provide attentive service to customers, focus on them and respect them, try to anticipate their needs and adapt to any difficulties, especially when customers are in a hurry.
Note all customer comments and be sure to follow them up.
Prepare the sales area and preparation area, clean up, and tidy the restaurant and preparation area after closing.
Before each shift, find out about the ingredients of the meal and any shortages.
Be punctual in participating in service activities in other areas of the hotel (lobby, bar, banquets, etc.) as required.
Respect the safety guidelines and procedures for the equipment being used.
In attitudes and relationships with guests and colleagues (from any department of the hotel), actions are consistent with Accor's values: innovation, a spirit of conquest, efficiency, respect, and trust.
Participate in the seamless coordination between the restaurant and the kitchen.

In terms of skills, candidates need to possess: a good understanding of conduct, honesty, competence, responsibility, knowledge of English, and a presentable appearance.
In addition, candidates should have knowledge of: Restaurants, Waitstaff, and Hotels.
