JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare ingredients for cooking sweet soup: beans, potatoes, tapioca pearls, basil seeds, jelly, coconut milk according to instructions.
• Cook the sweet soup according to the available recipe, ensuring the right taste, right quantity, right time.
• Season and adjust the sweetness and thickness to suit the overall taste of buffet guests.
• Decorate the dessert when serving, ensuring it is clean and attractive.
• Regularly check the temperature, consistency, and taste of the tea throughout the serving process.
• Add more tea and toppings when almost finished, make sure not to keep customers waiting.
• Keep the cooking area, cooking utensils and display trays clean.
• Strictly follow food safety regulations and instructions from the main kitchen.
• Assist with other kitchen duties as required (peeling fruit, making desserts, etc.).
• Report promptly if raw materials are missing, damaged or have quality problems.

REQUEST

• No experience required , just be diligent, hardworking and willing to learn.
• Over 18 years old, good health, agile, honest.
• Working shifts: 14:00 - 22:30
• Priority is given to candidates who want to work long-term and have a professional kitchen orientation.
