JOB DESCRIPTION

1.Processing quotation requests.
- Search and ask for prices from domestic and foreign suppliers
- Make quotation
- Negotiate related issues such as: price, domestic and foreign payment terms (according to international payment terms and incoterms)

2. Processing orders and related issues.
- Draft and review administrative documents: Contracts, official dispatches (according to available forms)
- Monitor and urge supplier delivery progress
- Plan and arrange domestic and international freight transport (work with FWD, shipping suppliers)
-Prepare documents related to customs procedures and other necessary documents

3.Other.
- Search, select, arrange meetings with potential companies to cooperate, become agents, and representatives of the company
- Propose ideas and methods to improve processes and working environment
-Some other tasks on the ERP system: Update customer and supplier information,
- Coordinate and support other departments (PKD, accounting,...)
-Some other tasks assigned by management
REQUEST
-Quantity: 02 employees
- Professional qualification: University/College graduate or higher
- Degree/Certificate: Economics/Business Administration/Logistics/Import-Export/Other related majors
- Foreign language: fluent in English (Listening/Speaking/Reading/Writing), other foreign languages are an advantage
-Computer skills: Microsoft Office/ Outlook
- Experience: At least 06 months experience
-Working hours: Full-time, fixed (Monday - Friday, 8am - 12pm and 1pm - 5pm)

-Other requirements:
+Can go to work immediately after the interview (if qualified)
+High sense of responsibility, able to withstand work pressure
