Making purchases:
• Negotiate purchase contracts with suitable suppliers;
• Track delivery progress; And promptly notify relevant departments for handling, without affecting the work progress;
• Coordinate with relevant technical department to check the quality of goods for timely handling if unsatisfactory goods are detected;
Other jobs:
• Perform periodic supplier evaluations.
• Process all kinds of payment vouchers and transfer them to the accounting department for management.
• Monitor the use of raw materials and supplies at the units according to the norms; And promptly report to the head of the department if there is any violation;
• Notify the progress of the goods to the relevant departments according to the coordination process;
• Propose ideas to improve work efficiency for purchasing staff
• Make work reports as prescribed and fully participate in departmental meetings.
