Job Description
- Receive and check delivery requests, PTBH tables, HĐKT, from sales, business secretaries, enter delivery request tracking table.
- Request bid + create purchase request + place order
- Track, update goods status and work with suppliers and forwarders on order status
- Consolidate and assign forwarder to ship goods to Vietnam
- Check supplier invoice, forwarder invoice after goods have been delivered
- Make a request for TT of the service provider's related expenses
- Collect import documents and hand them over to the accountant (declaration, documents, PO storage, supplier documents)
- Summary of goods tracking by supplier
- Create AWB online and process online procedures to enjoy sales incentives when there is a promotion program.
- Search, evaluate service providers and choose a reasonable, quality, and stable unit.
- Register reseller information, renew partner, register deal,
- Track and report company sales, bonuses (if any), contact partners,
- Candidate requirements
Graduated from university/college majoring in economics, import-export, business-related majors or equivalent.
Proficient in office software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook,...).
- Experience working with shipping lines and partners.
- Experience in electronic and technical goods.
- English: Work directly with foreign partners, read, write and translate English at work. Priority is given to candidates with international English certificates.
- Diligent and proactive in working and learning to improve professional qualifications, honest and enthusiastic in working.
