Job Description:
- Receive and control Purchase Requests from Production Department, closely coordinate with PIC to clarify technical specifications
- Search for potential suppliers in China and Vietnam, negotiate prices and other conditions
- Compare quotes and other offers from suppliers to find the quote that meets the company's QCD requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to get the best deals
- Issue and track POs to ensure on-time delivery
- Cost savings
- Update daily purchase data entry records on the ERP system
- Check A/P monthly and prepare payment documents to transfer to Accounting Department weekly
- Coordinate with other Departments in Dept (Import-Export, Warehouse) to ensure smooth operations
- Other assigned tasks
Request:
- College/University graduate
- Fluent in Chinese
- At least 2 years of experience in purchasing at a manufacturing or printing company.
