- Deal and negotiate with domestic and foreign suppliers to find sources of goods that ensure quality according to standards and at reasonable prices for the Company.

- Make contracts and monitor the progress of contracts, ensure quality and progress of orders.

- Complete import and export procedures and documents.

- Coordinate with accountants to perform L/C opening activities and make bank guarantees.

- Receive, check, compare import and export goods records with actual quantities at the border gate during the process of making customs clearance documents.

- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
