Search and select the right supplier

• Establish standard criteria for selecting suppliers, in accordance with the company's criteria.
• Search, evaluate and select potential supplier profiles
• Provide supplier information to superiors for review and approval.
• Store all supplier information according to company regulations.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate supplier performance.

Market price survey

• Survey the price lists of different suppliers in the market.
• If the price difference is too high, you can negotiate to get a reasonable price with the supplier.
• Prepare detailed reports on raw material sources to report to superiors.
• Make sure that income and expenditure are in balance.

Execute purchasing of goods according to procedures

• Implement planned or unexpected purchases. Place orders, contact suppliers to get samples.
• Re-determine requirements for quantity and type of goods, and prepare purchase advance requests.
• Track the entire purchase and receipt process.
• Conduct inspection and verification of goods upon receipt, report to management when there are errors.
• Check relevant documents from the supplier's delivery staff to ensure accuracy and completeness, then transfer to the accountant.
• Resolve and report arising issues (if any)

Candidate requirements

• Qualification: University degree in civil engineering or electromechanical engineering
• Gender: Male
• At least 1 year experience
• Able to read and understand drawings, know how to use SketchUp, Autocad 2D software, know how to calculate volume
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Quick, sociable, progressive, responsible in work
• Experience in the wood or plywood industry is an advantage
