Job Description:
- Receive material plans from the Sales and Production Design departments to place orders with the correct type, quantity, and schedule.
- Search, evaluate and build a suitable supplier system according to the criteria: quality, price, progress, reputation.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery times and prepare purchase orders.
- Track delivery progress, coordinate with warehouse/factory to check and confirm input materials.
- Handle arising situations: missing, late delivery, incorrect specifications; work with suppliers to fix.
- Track supplier debt, coordinate with accounting to compare invoices and payment documents on time.
- Update quotes and price comparison tables periodically by key material groups (MDF, MFC, accessories, glue, hinges...).
- Periodic summary and reporting: purchasing progress, on-time delivery rate, supplier evaluation, improvement recommendations.
- Fully comply with internal procedures, record keeping regulations and company purchasing procedures
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Head or Board of Directors.

Request:

- Graduated from university or college majoring in accounting, finance, commerce, light industry, related fields...
- Knowledge of interior materials, especially industrial wood is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years experience in purchasing
- Have skills to arrange, coordinate and operate production, delivery and installation processes.
