+ Receive the Marketing plan from the Direct Manager, deploy and monitor the activities in the plan.
+ Develop strategies, create content to develop Social Network, App and Website systems (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Website).
+ Plan and produce content according to the plans of the platforms.
+ Organize and measure the effectiveness of advertising/communication campaigns on promotion channels with the allowed budget according to the plan.
+ Collect, analyze data and insights of users on App, Web, Social Network platforms for appropriate optimization.
+ Monitor, research and analyze competitors' activities on App, Web, Social Network platforms.
+ Risk management, communication problems related to the company on App, Web, Social Network platforms. Monitor and respond appropriately to information related to products/services provided by the company.
+ Report and analyze work performance by campaign, week, month to evaluate effectiveness and make appropriate recommendations for the overall plan.
+ Coordinate with other departments to carry out the work according to the plan.
