. Job description

- Make specific plans and strategies for advertising campaigns on platforms. Proactively optimize advertising based on given costs.

- Understand customer insight to set reasonable targets.

- Develop content ideas, prepare images, video scripts and other necessary materials for running ads

- Monitor assessments to optimize design, content, costs, and conversion rates of advertising campaigns. Make sure to target the right potential customers.

- Coordinate with relevant departments to come up with effective advertising plans.

- Directly resolve arising issues related to advertising policies, advertising approval processes of Google, Facebook....

- Research, update new technologies, algorithms and tricks and propose solutions and tools to improve the effectiveness of advertising activities

- Make work reports according to company regulations.

- Perform other tasks as requested by management.
2. Candidate requirements

- Graduating from college or higher

- Have experience running ADS for at least 2 years

- Have experience running large budgets

- Know how to create advertising content, be creative

- Enthusiastic, cheerful, responsible for work
