Job description:
- Develop a plan for the Facebook ad campaign and execute the plan.
- Implement MKT activities as planned.
- Manage advertising campaign budget.
- Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns, optimize conversion rates.
- Review, evaluate and report the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Support and perform other requests of superiors.
- Working time: 9:00 - 17:30 (lunch break from 12:30 - 13:30)
(From Monday to Saturday, one month off 2 pm on Saturday and 4 Sunday)

- Have experience > 01 year ads on fb and tiktok shop
- Knowledge of landing pages, conversions
- Eager to learn and have a long-term development orientation
- Other requirements: have personal laptop
Right
- Hard salary: 6 - 8 million + % of sales + bonus
(Average total income: 15-20 million/month (depending on capacity).
