Job duties
BRAND BUILDING AND DEVELOPMENT
- Plan marketing strategies based on the plan
- Market research, competitor research in the same industry in the online environment and customer insight.
- Manage fanpage, youtube, website, facebook, tiktok, zalo, instagram channels...
- Develop a development plan and overall Marketing Strategy by year, month, and week to develop the brand and increase recognition with potential customer groups.
- Make a plan for brand development and brand protection
- Create and deploy advertising campaigns on media and social channels: website, television, Youtube, Facebook, Zalo, Tiktok, Insta, Google, Linkedin...etc.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns
- Organize communication activities for the company
- Plan budgets for Marketing activities, promotion activities, advertising and marketing activities during the year, manage, allocate and optimize costs
MANAGEMENT AND TRAINING OF STAFF
- Manage and direct activities of the Marketing department: assign tasks, monitor and urge the team to carry out assigned work
- Training & coaching employees: attitudes, skills and professional knowledge to perform the job
- Build and maintain cooperative relationships with media agencies, press, State authorities, organizations and partners related to the Company's Marketing activities
- Coordinate with Sales department to optimize revenue and profits
- Manage teams to work effectively, ensuring work progress
OTHER JOBS
- Report on results and implementation of marketing activities weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly
- Participate in research and development of products/technology/services/business opportunities of the Company & Branches
- Participate in other activities of the Company as requested by the General Director
Candidate requirements
- Minimum 02 years of experience in Marketing strategy in the field of cosmetology, beauty, spa, and cosmetic equipment
- Under 35 years old, good looking
- Graduated from College or higher majoring in business administration, Marketing or other related fields
- Good negotiation, presentation, persuasion skills, good management and leadership skills
- Good marketing ability; strategic planning and risk control capabilities
- Know how to use tools: google keywords tool, google analytics, google search console, facebook ads, google ads,...
- Have knowledge of digital, performance, good business thinking
- Leadership spirit, teamwork spirit, high support, able to withstand work pressure
