Receive, inspect, and record (enter into the system) goods.
Organize and monitor the shipment of goods to Africa.
Inventory management and tracking
Coordinate with the driver to pick up goods from the supplier.
Plan and announce pickup schedules.
Contact and work with suppliers in Vietnam.
Answering supplier inquiries
Shipping schedule notification
Notify the supplier of the pickup schedule.
Search for new suppliers in Vietnam on the internet.
Identify products in demand in the African market.
Contact and communicate with the supplier.
Track orders related to sourcing.
Bonus: Commission is earned on large orders from sourcing activities.
- Job requirements:
Good communication skills
Possesses good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive and responsible
Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Good internet usage and information searching skills.
Motivated to learn
Experience in logistics, trade, or sourcing is an advantage, but not required.
🇻🇳 Vietnamese: Required (good level)
🇬🇧 English: Basic level (able to have simple conversations)
🇫🇷 French: is an advantage
