- Job details:

Assisting the manager in communicating and exchanging information with Chinese-Vietnamese translation and interpretation partners in the market.

Perform support, supervision, and management tasks as requested by Mr. Trung.

Monitor business operations at the store and organize and supervise staff during their work.

Review and verify all income and expenses, contracts, and documents before submitting them for approval.

Coordinate with other departments, ensuring staff work together effectively and achieve targets efficiently.

Evaluate employee compliance with SOPs, report on performance, and propose improvement plans.

Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

- Job requirements:

Chinese language proficiency at HSK 4 or higher (good conversational skills).

Excellent communication, consulting, and persuasion skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of electronics products and the market is an advantage.

Quick-witted, honest, enthusiastic, and responsible in their work.
