Job Description

• Welcoming customers and partners to work at the company.
• Monitor office security and comply with company access control for tenants and visitors.
• Guide, manage, control and implement administrative registration procedures for tenants.
• Operate the telephone switchboard, receive incoming calls and connect to the correct address.
• Collect vehicle fares, check security logs, and daily guest tracking books from Security.
• Send and receive emails from the building management board.
• Receive and sort mail arriving at the company daily.
• Receive and report customer requests and contributions to the Department Head.
• Update the list of car cards and elevator cards of companies.
• Receive elevator card and car card registration for renters.
• Check and report daily building hygiene and security.
• In charge of decorating areas during holidays. Follow other requests from superiors.
• Support the administrative work of the Building Management Board under the direction of the Head of Management Board.
