Receptionist at the lobby of the Building according to the assigned daily schedule.
Welcome guests, coordinate correspondence, receive requests, opinions, and inquiries from residents/customers and handle them within their capacity and authority.
Answer the phone and answer the phone, record information and send it to the relevant departments.
Prepare forms, support and guide customers in construction registration procedures, registration of goods in and out, registration for issuance of vehicle cards/cards.
Implement and monitor the issuance / cancellation of vehicle cards, access cards of customers in accordance with regulations, strictly control, avoid loss.
Guiding and providing basic information to customers entering and exiting the building.
Implement and guide customers to use residents' facilities.
Perform customer service to support services, visit and collect opinions of residents / customers about the service quality of the Building Management Board / service contractors.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Director of the Management Board.
