Job Description

• Welcoming and greeting customers who come to contact and provide information to relevant individuals/units;
• Support guests and manage guests entering and leaving the Company according to regulations;
• Operate the telephone switchboard, receive calls to the Department/Department;
• Record information from customers, partners... and forward it to relevant departments;
• Carry out the work of delivering and receiving dispatches to and from the building;
• Prepare payment documents for periodic expenses (phone, internet, drinking water, parking,...);
• Support some other administrative tasks in the department;
