Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
• Perform check-in (check-in) and check-out (check-out) procedures for customers.
• Support and resolve customer issues and problems.
• Carry out procedures for changing rooms/rooms according to procedures.
• Provide customers with necessary information, preferential programs,…
• Take care of the lobby area, working area, equipment to ensure neat and clean.
• Receive and handle guest requests promptly and efficiently with a friendly and polite attitude.
• Continuously update and check the list of guests checking in, checking out and related information.
• Immediately report customer problems or complaints to management if no action is taken.
• Perform other duties as directed by Manager.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• 12/12 graduate and related degree.
• Experience in reception (hospitality industry is an advantage).
• Highly disciplined, positive attitude, responsible at work.
• Ability to communicate well in English is an advantage.
• Hardworking, hardworking, honest, careful, enthusiastic and good team support.
WORKING TIME:
• Rotating shifts (as arranged by the Manager):
  • Morning shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm
  • Afternoon shift: 15h00 - 23h00
  • Night shift: 23:00 - 7:00 (next morning)
• Working place in District 1
