Job Description
1. Job content:
Working at the front desk and welcoming guests to work at the company;
Answer the phone;
Receive and process envelopes and official documents;
Printing, scanning, photocopying documents;
Prepare logistics for meetings and events;
Accept other tasks as directed by the Leader.
2. Job Requirements:
Graduated from College/University majoring in Office Administration, Administration or other related majors;
Effective management and organizational skills in a work-pressured environment;
Report the status of work performance to the direct management level in accordance with the Company's regulations;
Communication and listening skills;
Have the ability to be creative at work;
Proficient in using office software: Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Outlook.
