Job Description

    JOB DETAILS:

    Provide information about services, amenities, regulations, tour schedules, ticket prices, and accommodation. Welcome guests to the site; assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide information about services, amenities, rules, tour schedules, ticket prices, and accommodation.
    • Welcoming guests who come to visit and stay; assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
    • Answering questions, receiving and processing requests and feedback from guests. Proactively assisting guests throughout their stay/visit.
    • Receiving and managing bookings (in person, by phone, by email, via OTA).
    • Update room status and guest list daily.
    • Coordinate with the housekeeping, technical, and security departments to provide timely service to guests.
    • Managing customer records, ledgers, and revenue reports for the reception department.
    • The shift handover, cash, and documentation are all complete and accurate.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service operation.

    REQUEST:

    • Graduated from vocational school or higher. A diploma in tourism, hotel management, or service industry is an advantage.
    • Having experience working in a similar position.
    • Good communication skills, friendly attitude, and a pleasant appearance.
    • Basic computer skills and booking software (if available).
    • Capable of handling situations and able to withstand work pressure.
    • Willing to work shifts, holidays, and weekends.

    We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities: strong interpersonal skills, a good understanding of problem-solving, and knowledge of consulting.

    To meet the job requirements, knowledge of: Hotel Reception, restaurant operations, and related hotel knowledge is necessary.
