Job Description

• Welcome customers when they come to the restaurant: open the door, greet them, and smile friendly.
• Ask for reservation information , number of guests, and lead guests to appropriate tables.
• Brief introduction of buffet menu , service hours and accompanying services if any.
• Manage your reservation list via phone, text message or software system.
• Answer the phone at the reception desk and answer questions from customers.
• Coordinate with the service department to arrange tables appropriately during peak hours.
• Handle situations that arise related to waiting for a table, initial customer complaints.
• Update and report VIP and regular customer information to management.
• Support light administrative tasks such as printing menus, receiving online orders, displaying brochures
