Job description

Analyze technical drawings and program CNC machining according to production requirements.

Select the appropriate machining method, cutting tools, and cutting parameters for each product.

Provide operational support and troubleshoot technical issues that arise during the machining process.

Improving CNC programming aims to optimize machining time and increase productivity.

Collaborate with the Production and QC departments to ensure product quality meets requirements.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the outsourcing program and propose solutions for improvement.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Candidate requirements

Proficient in CNC programming software such as Mastercam, Powermill, or equivalent.

Understanding of precision machining technology, molds, and jigs.

Read and understand technical drawings, tolerances, and technical standards.

Capable of analyzing and troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing machining processes.

Proactive, responsible, and possessing a spirit of continuous improvement in their work.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in CNC programming in the precision engineering field.

Interest

Salary: 8 – 15 million VND/month (depending on ability and work performance).
