1. Ensure safety and compliance
- Comply with traffic safety regulations, ensure safety for people, vehicles and goods on business trips, work according to the principles of safe and economical driving.
- Follow all safety procedures when operating the vehicle.
- Comply with the Company's Labor Regulations and all system documents related to the scope of work.
2. Ensure punctuality and efficiency
- Ensure pick-up time and location are accurate as requested (95%).
- Proactively arrange optimal routes to save time and fuel costs.
3. Vehicle maintenance and care
- Maintain and preserve the vehicle carefully, ensuring the vehicle is always clean and ready for service.
- Always check the vehicle to detect and promptly fix any damage, maintain the vehicle periodically, and fully update the equipment tracking book.
- Carry out car insurance work promptly when an incident/accident occurs
- When an incident occurs during traffic, it must be reported immediately to the direct manager for timely and appropriate handling.
4. Payment work
- Ensure payment of fuel costs, business expenses, and other related expenses is correct, sufficient, and timely.
5. Security work
- Keep information related to your salary and benefits confidential
- Keep confidential information related to the Company's work or personal information of the Board of Directors, Company's officers and employees.
6. Attitude and style
- Communicate politely and cooperate well with colleagues and customers
- Comply with company regulations on dress, hair, and footwear.
7. Other work
- Go on business trips to the province under the orders of direct managers, Block Directors, and Board of Directors.
- Support the Administrative Department and other Units within the scope of work that can be performed
- Make periodic/ad hoc reports to direct manager (if any).
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors/direct manager
