- Job details:

1. Support and coordinate work within the technical team.
2. Participate in technical discussions, verify information, and propose improvements to products/projects.
3. Conduct a design risk analysis, paying particular attention to issues arising from similar product codes and information provided to the Mold department.
4. Manage the entire process from receiving model information to mass production.
5. Ensure all departments are aware of the plan, technical changes, specifications, and improvement requirements.
6. Ensure that the drawings meet standards, are feasible for production, and contain complete technical information.
7. Conduct risk analysis in the manufacturing process to identify and eliminate potential defects.

- Job requirements:

1. Graduated from college/university with a major in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
2. Experienced in product engineering, particularly in manufacturing environments.
3. Possesses strong analytical, planning, and communication skills.
4. Preference will be given to candidates who can communicate in English or Japanese.
