JOB DESCRIPTION
- Deploy drawings, supervise construction.
- As-built drawing
- Making completed dossiers, quality records
- Supervising and reporting the progress of works of subcontractors and construction teams.
- Advise, negotiate, submit quotes for approval, make contract documents for works related to the operation of construction investment projects.
- Coordinate with other departments to carry out acceptance test of projects, works, construction items.
- Maintain and archive records and documents according to regulations.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated in M&E - Mechanical and Electrical (Mechanical and Electrical)
- Years of experience in project management or QA/QC is an advantage
- Able to use Computer Aided Design (CAD)
- Basic English
- If you're in Hanoi, you'll need a laptop
- Working full time
