Separate and calculate volume from drawings - Support construction to complete payment documents - Know shop drawing to make payment and settlement documents, estimates, card software, excel... - Other tasks as assigned by the management.
Check documents and estimate records from the consulting unit during the project design and construction phase.
- Provide work items and equipment lists to the Procurement department for their implementation of bidding activities.
- Organize and coordinate with relevant departments to check and confirm work arising during project implementation.
- Update and adjust information on the volume of work items arising in the estimate file.
- Check and review bill of quantities from contractors to assist with project payment and handover
