Job Description
Build teams, policies, processes, standards, technical documents, instructions, etc. to utilize resources and improve operational efficiency for the entire production sector;
Plan the installation diagram and layout of machinery and equipment in the production area;
Check & ensure compliance with company rules, procedures, regulations and requirements;
Plan & lead in improvement activities (Reduce product defects, reduce costs, increase productivity, Kaizen, automation, LEAN, replacement/backup materials...);
Project management, new product development and transfer;
Coordinate with functional departments to solve technology improvement issues; procurement (machinery and equipment, molds, printing shafts,...), new product development...;
Advise the Board of Directors to ensure the effectiveness of the first options.
