-Establish and supervise rubber product manufacturing process: rolling, vulcanization, molding, rubber mixing
-Research, develop and improve rubber mixing formula according to product requirements.
- Control the quality of input and output raw materials and semi-finished products.
- Coordinate with QC department to handle product errors, propose preventive measures
- Prepare timely reports and monitor production progress.
