Job description
Check and operate technical equipment systems (which have been put into operation) in the building/office such as: air conditioning system, electrical system, water system, fire protection system, etc.
– Cleaning elevators, air conditioners as well as equipment in the company weekly and monthly
- Cleaning office equipment as required by superiors.
– Maintain and maintain the technical system according to the maintenance schedule or when there is a problem
- Support installation of utility systems, electrical equipment
– Troubleshooting to ensure the operation of devices.
- Perform other tasks when requested by superiors
