- Check the system list periodically according to the shift.
- Lock the building electricity and water indicator.
- Operate and maintain the system according to the maintenance schedule approved by the Head of Department.
- Troubleshoot system problems in time to ensure uninterrupted service to customers.
- Supervising construction contractors to ensure safety against fire and explosion.
- Warn potential risks that may affect the operation of building technical/security systems for management in a timely manner.
- Report for incidents in shift, cause and daily troubleshooting process to management by shift book/report file.
- Ensure compliance with company regulations on uniforms and working hours
- Support customers to repair and replace equipment in private areas after receiving approval from management.
- Support other project troubleshooting when requested from management level.
- Support Technical Team Leader / Chief Engineer / Manager in managing the work of the technical department
