Technical support for the sales department.
Design, develop, implement, and test technical solutions based on business requirements.
Interact with customers, communicate with plant engineers and technical sales to assess equipment usage needs and determine product requirements.
Conduct surveys and research to gather information from customers, ensuring accuracy and relevance when requested.
Coordinate with the factory's technical department to provide advice and quotations.
Provide customer support to resolve technical issues during equipment installation. Identify potential problems and integrate feasible solutions.
Collaborate with other departments to address issues arising from customers.

Adapt quickly and think positively.
Knowledge of manufacturing, especially in the mechanical engineering industry.
1-2 years of experience in product design or service engineering (experience and knowledge in HVAC system design is preferred).
Skills in 2D/3D design and drawing (Solidworks, AutoCAD, Catia, NX, etc.)
