Job details:
- Perform daily inspection of all machinery and equipment in the building such as elevators, generators, electrical cabinets, air conditioners, pumps, ..
- Daily operation of systems in the building.
- Check and repair damage arising during the operation of the building for all systems.
- Periodically check, maintain the air conditioning system, electricity, water to prevent leaks, fire and explosion risks and perform preventive maintenance.
