Job description
1. Installation and operation
- Receive and process installation orders from the company
- Install and operate dental equipment systems such as: Dental chairs, X-ray machines, sterile room equipment and other related equipment...
- Perform equipment checks and adjustments to ensure optimal operation
2. Repair and troubleshooting
- Analyze and evaluate incidents and operating errors related to dental equipment
- Carry out troubleshooting problems related to dental equipment at the clinic/hospital.
- Control and support other employees to perform troubleshooting
3. Maintenance and upkeep
- Make a maintenance plan for dental equipment at the clinic to ensure the equipment operates well. - Carry out warranty for equipment products in case the equipment is defective due to the manufacturer
4. Learn about products and transfer:
- Study supplier's technical documentation
- Support and instruct colleagues on how to use related equipment and software.
- Instruct customers on how to use dental equipment effectively and answer customer questions.
5. Work report:
- Record equipment installation, maintenance, and repair work for future reference
- Report work performance to direct management
- Update related reports for departments.

Candidate requirements
- Gender: Male
- Requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Use basic Autocad 2D software
- Good English skills (can read and understand documents in English and communicate via email)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proactive attitude, know how to listen and absorb, and be serious in work.
