Job Description

• Survey the project, prepare preliminary drawings for quotation and bidding purposes.
• Make volume table, quote, provide technical solutions (drawings), construction progress table and send to customers.
• Coordinate with sales department to monitor customer feedback and make appropriate adjustments.
• Coordinate with other departments (construction, materials) to create construction drawings and construction volume when the Company wins the bid.
• Monitor and supervise construction activities, update and supplement changes in design and volume (if any).
• Coordinate with the construction department to create a set of drawings, completion documents, and acceptance documents to send to the customer.
