JOB DETAILS
- Search, receive, and screen lists of potential customers related to mechanical and electrical construction projects - HVAC ventilation and air conditioning
- Call/send emails to introduce the company and products/services to potential customers
- Recognize and grasp customer needs to then introduce appropriate services
- Actively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Arrange meetings or phone calls between (potential) customers and Account Executives
- Coordinate with the design department to quote prices, negotiate and close orders. Monitor and coordinate project implementation and handle arising issues during contract implementation
- Caring for and maintaining relationships and after-sales service
- Report progress and sales results to management and board of directors weekly/monthly/quarterly.
REQUEST
- More than 1 year of experience
- Degree: College or higher
- Male/Female 25 years old or older, College graduate or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or similar fields
Have experience working as a Business Development Officer, Sales Officer, Marketing or similar positions
- Have practical experience in applying sales techniques (such as making sales calls...)
- Have a track record of achieving business targets - Proficient in MS Excel (table analysis)
- Understand clearly about measurement indicators in business
- Proficient in communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to make convincing and attractive presentations
- Priority is given to young people who are dynamic, work conscientiously, and do their best with a positive attitude

- Basic salary: agreed upon interview
- Total income when achieving monthly KPI from > 10 million VND
