WORK CONTENT Grasp and determine customer needs
One of the first jobs of a sales staff is to research to grasp and identify customer needs. Based on the customer list available on the system, their job is to use their own operations and methods to screen and select potential customers.
From assessments based on considering customer needs, they will make an assessment of whether the company is targeting the right target customers.
Plan to reach customers
Once the list of target customers has been identified, sales staff will make a plan to approach customers.
Each person will have different processes and methods of approaching customers. You can choose to reach out via phone, email or directly at seminars, workshops, etc. Somehow, you have to be able to "tune in" with customers to advise and convince them to choose to buy and use the business's products and services.
Research competitors' products
Researching your competitors' products is not about finding your competitors' weaknesses.
