Job Description
Receive orders from media channels such as Facebook, Tiktok, Zalo, company hotline...
Contact customers via chat channels, or call to confirm orders with customers.
Coordinate with warehouse department to arrange packing of goods and control delivery to customers.
Coordinate with delivery channels such as: Economy delivery, fast delivery, shopee, Tiktok... to control the quality and quantity of goods delivered to customers.
Have a plan to develop the market and retain potential customers.
Make professional reports to work
Job requirements:
College or university graduate majoring in business, economics or related fields.
Love the business
Have at least 1 year of experience in a related position. Have experience in the fisheries, aquaculture and related industries.
Good communication skills, open, dynamic, flexible.
Responsible, enthusiastic about work, good teamwork skills and team spirit.
Use computer software and office equipment.
Regime:
Salary from 9,000,000 VND - 12,000,000 VND + KPI Bonus + Commission Bonus. Income from 15,000,000 VND - 25,000,000 VND
