- Receive all customer information from the Marketing Department (customers for installation, repair, maintenance, upgrade...);

- Analyze customer needs, capabilities, patterns, etc.

- Develop approach plan, prepare documents, quotes, and images to send to customers;

- Provide quotations, consult solutions and plans for customers and sign contracts with customers;

- After-sales customer care;

- Other tasks as directed by superiors.
