Make orders as required to the system, consult products and related services.
Care and support for loyal customers, update promotions, answer product prices for customers.
Recording feedback on customers' ongoing orders such as delivery time, product deficiencies, exchange, return.
Report to superiors on work progress and results, perform other tasks as required.
