Prospecting and developing potential customers
- Search for customer information through various channels to build a system of potential customers: Online advertising, direct project, posting on social platforms, calling according to available customer files.
- Proactively contact potential customers in the self-search list or from the company's data system to introduce the project that the company is distributing and selling.
- Use sales skills to negotiate and persuade customers to use products and services distributed by the company.
- Conduct contract signing procedures with customers who agree to purchase products and services.
Customer care
- Proactively contact customers who are using products and services to grasp the situation and develop good customer relationships.
- Timely support and respond to customer requests and complaints.
- Proactively send promotional information to old customers to persuade them to buy new products and services of the company.
- Conduct procedures for signing new contracts with old customers who want to repurchase products and services.
Contract implementation
- After closing the contract with the customer, the sales staff coordinates with relevant departments to implement the contract, ensuring the customer's requirements.
- Monitor contract implementation and service quality so that customers receive the best value.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to quickly resolve problems arising during the use of customer products and services.
Other jobs
- Collaborate with other departments in the company to improve product and service quality to best meet customer needs.
- Participate in events and requests to spread messages and communicate the Investor's project on social platforms.
- Participate in training courses to improve qualifications when provided by the company.
- Make periodic and incidental work reports.
- Participate fully in department meetings, report customer feedback to find effective solutions.
- Perform other duties as required by Management.
