JOB DESCRIPTION
· Search and approach potential customers on social networks including Facebook, Zalo, Instagram and e-commerce channels such as Shopee, Lazada, Sendo,...
Consulting, answering questions of potential customers.
· Closing orders online.
· Prepare orders, coordinate with shipping services to send goods to customers.
· Support to create online ads, manage websites.
· Contact, cooperate with other departments, maintain customer data records.
· Expand the list of potential customers by phone, email marketing and automatic messaging.
· Care and maintain relationship with old customers.
· Responsible for the sales target set.
· Provide a great shopping experience for online customers.
· Report business results online to the head of the department.

Working time: Monday to Saturday (7:45-11:45 am, 13:15-17:15 am), Saturday (7:45-11:45 am, 13:15-16:30 pm)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Female, age: 18 - 40 years old, graduated from high school and above
· Knowledge of marketing, advertising and business.
· English: Basic communication, can read and understand documents.
· Experience as a salesperson, a salesperson (online, in person).
· Understand and proficiently use tools to support online communication and online business.
· Have good looks, easy-to-listen and fluent voice
· Customer care skills.
