- Receive company sales accounts: zalo, fb, web...

- Customer care, consulting, quoting, introducing products to customers (media: zalo), continuing to take care of the company's existing customers.

- Close deals and make contracts for customers;

- Coordinate with purchasing/production planning departments to monitor the production process of customer orders, delivery and installation, and order warranty.

- Receive customer feedback on information related to products and goods, coordinate in handling customer complaints when they arise.

- Search and expand potential customer sources on media

- Support accounting information for issuing invoices and documents;

- Monitor and collect customer debts;

- Plan and report work periodically by week and month.
