Job Description

• Search for potential customers and advise and persuade customers to experience the company's services;
• Grasp and understand customer needs to advise appropriate products/services for customers;
• Prepare quotes to send to customers according to approved policies;
• Closing and signing contracts with customers according to agreed terms and company regulations;
• Confirm customer needs and forward to the purchasing department to comply with customer requests;
• Coordinate with relevant departments (purchasing, shipping, accounting) to monitor production, shipping, delivery, payment, contract liquidation and handle customer complaints if any;
• Responsible for collecting customer debts;
