- Implement sales plan (water treatment chemicals) in assigned areas - Care and maintain relationship with old customers. - Finding new customers, expanding the market. - Negotiating contracts with customers. - Manage and track orders, coordinate with relevant departments to ensure on-time delivery. - Collecting debts, comparing and closing debt books with customers. - Collect and evaluate feedback from customers, competitor information. - Resolve customer complaints within the permitted scope. - Prepare work plan and report the work results as required by the head of the department. - Maintain stable sales and develop according to the annual plan. * Working outside the market according to the assigned area.
