- Search and develop potential customers
- Call for advice to invite customers to try out, sign a contract and take care of customers after the sale, call to notify students of the class schedule when there is a class opening.
- Coordinate with other departments and partners to plan market development.
- Capturing market trends, monitoring on social networks, websites to understand customer needs and then planning to implement sales campaigns.
- Collect, analyze, evaluate competitors and propose, suitable recommendations for brand development.
- Resolve problems, questions, complaints from customers related to products and services.
- Analyze and evaluate business results, then draw solutions and improve work efficiency
