- The product is an online training platform for Enterprises, Training Centers, Schools;
- Responsible for searching, contacting by phone, introducing and consulting suitable customers;
- Meet and discuss face-to-face/online with customers to learn the process, operating model and identify customer needs;
- Solve problems related to solutions arising in the process of consulting and practical implementation;
- Collaborate with technical departments to build demos and present solutions to customers;
- Update product information from the technical and professional team, prepare documents and content for the process of consulting and introducing products to customers;
- Prepare quotes and contracts for customers;
- Maintain and develop business relationship with old and new customers;
