Job Description

    Job Description:

    • Search, approach and develop business customers (B2B) with demand for interior products (offices, restaurants, hotels, showrooms, luxury apartments, etc.).
    • Establish and maintain relationships with customers, partners, architects, contractors, investors.
    • Consulting and introducing interior products suitable to customer needs.
    • Negotiate, sign contracts and monitor contract implementation progress, ensuring the interests of the company and customers.
    • Coordinate with relevant departments such as design, production, construction to ensure quality and progress of product/project delivery.
    • Follow up and take care of customers after sales to build long-term relationships.
    • Research the market, analyze trends and propose appropriate business strategies.
    • Report work and sales periodically as required by superiors.
    • Output results.
    • Ensure to achieve the company's sales target
    • Ensure that the company's image and service quality at the agent/partner do not have any related problems to ensure the brand in the area.
    • Do not violate company rules, procedures and regulations
    • Other assigned tasks meet quality and progress requirements.

    Request:

    • Male/Female, 23-35 years old.
    • College/University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design or related fields is an advantage
    • Have at least 1-2 years of experience in B2B business, priority given to candidates with experience in the interior, construction, and building materials industries.
    • Good communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
    • Proactive, creative, able to work independently and in a team.
    • Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and work support software.
    • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
    • Willing to travel when needed.
