Understand the features, prices, advantages and disadvantages of the product, similar products, and competitors' products.
Contact customers and record all customer information in customer contact report. Report customer contact content to Sales Team Leader at the end of the week.
Directly implement and urge customers to perform contracts, including delivery and invoice procedures.
Receive and handle customer complaints about product quality and delivery time.
Monitor the contract liquidation process, support the accounting department in debt collection, and only complete the responsibility when the customer has completed payment.
Update job knowledge by working, reading business and marketing books and journals, and maintaining customer relationships.
